(vasep.com.vn) On 1st December 2011, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) promulgated the Circular No. 81/2011/TT-BNNPTNT.
On 1st December 2011, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) promulgated the Circular No. 81/2011/TT-BNNPTNT amending and supplementing Article 1, Provision 36 of MARD’s Circular No. 66/2011/TT-BNNPTNT dated 10th Oct 2011, specifying a number of articles of the government’s Decree No. 08/2010/NĐ-CP of February 5th 2010 on the management of animal feed.
Accordingly, the Circular No. 66/2011/TT-BNNPTNT is still in valid after 45 days since the date of signing. However, the check on imported animal feed will be applied since 30th June 2012.
The Circular No. 81 took effect since the date of signing.
