Taking place over three days, from August 19–21, 2026, at Hall B1, SECC, Ho Chi Minh City, the event will offer visitors a vibrant culinary space where Vietnamese seafood is showcased through its flavors, stories, and real-life culinary applications.
More than just a live cooking demonstration, the Vietfish 2026 Cooking Show is designed as a platform connecting seafood businesses, their products, and consumers. Through chef demonstrations, product tastings, company showcases, interactive mini-games, and international culinary exchanges, the program will highlight the nutritional value, diversity, convenience, and culinary versatility of Vietnamese seafood.
Continuing this year's theme, "Export Seafood for Vietnamese Consumers," the Cooking Show will feature three sub-themes over three days.
August 19 – "The Essence of Vietnam's Seas, Global Value"
The opening day will spotlight premium Vietnamese seafood products with strong potential in both domestic and international markets. Following the official opening ceremony of Vietfish 2026, the Cooking Show will run from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., featuring three live cooking demonstrations.
Visitors will also enjoy culinary presentations by the Korea Fisheries Association, participate in seafood-themed mini-games covering aquaculture, farming regions, and innovative cooking techniques, and sample products presented by exhibiting companies.
August 20 – "Nurturing Sustainable Value"
The second day will focus on sustainability, reflecting Vietfish 2026's overarching theme of innovation and sustainable development.
Beyond introducing delicious seafood dishes, the program will explore the value of high-quality protein, omega-3 nutrition, healthy eating, and responsible consumption. In addition to the main cooking demonstrations from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., visitors can enjoy company product presentations, sampling sessions, mini-games, and culinary networking activities.
August 21 – "Seafood: Creating the Future"
The final day will highlight innovative approaches to seafood processing, consumption, and product promotion. Convenient, nutritious seafood dishes designed for modern lifestyles will take center stage.
The program is also expected to include a "Favorite Dish" voting activity and prize presentation, creating greater interaction among visitors, exhibitors, and organizers.
